From survey to lifetime support.
Every Liftech project follows the same six-stage process — no ad-hoc handoffs, no missing certificates at commissioning.
- 01
Site Survey
Hoistway measurement, existing-controller audit, building power measurement and traffic profiling.
- 02
Engineering
Rail, buffer and traction calculations to EN 81-50; BIM shop drawings; BMS/fire interface schedule.
- 03
Manufacturing
Cabin fabrication in-country, imported package (machine, controller, doors) with factory test certificates.
- 04
Installation
Certified crew, lifting-plan safety, alignment tolerances, wiring, adjustment and factory acceptance test.
- 05
Commissioning
125% static and 110% dynamic load test, ARD activation, brake torque, no-load and full-load ride-quality run.
- 06
Handover & AMC
Compliance dossier, PEC sign-off, operator training, and roll-over into monthly preventive maintenance.
42-point monthly preventive checklist
Every AMC visit follows the same checklist against EN 81-20/50 and EN 12385-5. A signed copy is filed at the building and uploaded to the Liftech portal.
