Overview

Liftech operates a 24/7 network operations centre in Karachi with dispatch teams in Lahore and Islamabad. Entrapment calls are targeted at a 60-minute on-site response inside city limits for AMC clients, with non-entrapment breakdowns targeted at four hours.

Where an IoT gateway is fitted, the duty engineer retrieves the controller fault code remotely before dispatch, so the technician arrives with the right spare instead of diagnosing on arrival.
