Installation
Certified crews, controlled alignment tolerances and third-party load testing at handover.
Overview
Installation is executed by Liftech's own certified crews working to a written lifting plan and method statement. Guide rails are set to ±0.5 mm plumb with DBG held to ±1 mm, machine beds are grouted and torque-verified, and every wiring loom is tested for insulation resistance and earth continuity before energising.
Handover is only signed after a 125% static and 110% dynamic load test, ARD rescue verification, door closing-force measurement and a full-load ride-quality run — witnessed by the client and, where required, a third-party inspector.
