How fast do you respond to an elevator service request in Pakistan?
Under an AMC contract the target on-site response for entrapment or safety-critical faults is under 45 minutes in central Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad zones, 24 hours a day. Non-urgent requests are scheduled within one to two working days.
What information should I include in a service request?
Elevator type and approximate capacity, brand and controller model if visible, number of stops, city and building address, what the lift is doing, any error code displayed, whether anyone is trapped, and when the fault started or whether it is intermittent.
Do you service elevators you did not install?
Yes. We can work on and provide products or parts for elevators and escalators of most international and regional makes, including modernization of legacy controllers. We are not an authorized supply partner of any brand.
Someone is trapped in the lift — what should I do first?
Call our emergency line immediately and reassure the passenger through the intercom. Do not force the doors or move the car yourself; manual release is a defined procedure carried out by trained engineers with the supply isolated.
Which cities do you cover for elevator repair and maintenance?
Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad from our own offices, with Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Hyderabad, Peshawar, Quetta, Sialkot, Gujranwala, Sukkur and Gwadar served from the nearest regional office and spares dispatched from the Karachi store.
