What Liftech's AMC includes

Monthly scheduled servicing on a 42-point checklist (machine, brake, ropes, sheave, doors, controller, drive, ARD, safety chain, pit, ride quality), genuine OEM parts per schedule, ARD activation test, quarterly ride-quality (A95 vibration per ISO 18738-1) and error-log reports, and 24/7 breakdown response with defined SLAs.

Why AMCs pay for themselves

A single entrapment call, drive burnout or door-operator seizure without maintenance can exceed 12 months of AMC fees — before counting building reputation, tenant complaints and insurance exposure. Preventive brake, sheave and rope inspection catches wear months before failure.

How often visits should occur

High-traffic commercial and hospital: every 30 days. Residential: every 45–60 days. Cargo / industrial: every 30 days with load-cycle logging. After year 8: add semi-annual detailed audits of rope wear per EN 12385-5, sheave-groove profile, brake linings and controller capacitors.
