01 · Overview

Engineered passenger elevators for Pakistan's demanding built environment.

Liftech Global passenger elevators are engineered for mid- and high-rise residential, commercial and mixed-use buildings across Pakistan. Every unit is built around a permanent-magnet synchronous (PMSM) gearless machine, closed-loop vector VVVF drive and a serial CAN-bus controller — the same architecture used by tier-1 European OEMs. Cabin, door and signalisation packages are fully configurable to shaft, load and traffic profile.

From design through commissioning our lifts comply with EN 81-20/50 safety and EN 81-70 accessibility, with optional EN 81-28 remote alarm and EN 81-72 firefighter operation. Group control up to eight cars with destination dispatch (DCS) is available for premium developments, and every unit ships with an Automatic Rescue Device (ARD) and Unintended Car Movement (UCM) protection as standard.
