Engineered machine room elevators for Pakistan's demanding built environment.
Liftech Global machine-room (MR) traction elevators place the drive machine, controller and governor in a dedicated overhead room. This is the preferred configuration for high-rise buildings, heavy-load freight lifts and installations where maintenance access, cooling and acoustic isolation are engineering priorities.
MR configurations support the widest range of speeds (up to 4.0 m/s), the highest travel heights (up to 150 m) and the largest payloads. Machines are supplied as PMSM gearless (mid- to high-rise) or geared (heavy freight), always paired with a Monarch NICE 3000+ serial controller.
