Liftech Global machine-room-less (MRL) elevators integrate a low-profile PMSM gearless machine and Monarch NICE 3000+ controller directly inside the shaft head. Removing the overhead machine room releases up to 8 m² of usable floor area per shaft and lowers the overall building height by 2.5–3.0 m — a decisive advantage on tight urban plots.
MRL is the modern standard for residential and mid-rise commercial buildings up to 90 m travel and 1.75 m/s. The compact gearless machine also improves energy efficiency by ~40% versus a legacy geared MR configuration.
