Escalators
EN 115-1 heavy-duty · 30°/35° · commercial & public transport
Engineered escalators for Pakistan's demanding built environment.
Liftech Global escalators are engineered to EN 115-1:2017 for commercial, retail and public-transport environments. Die-cast aluminium steps, speed-monitored synthetic handrails and a helical-bevel gearbox delivered by tier-1 European OEMs form the mechanical core, while a Monarch escalator controller manages VVVF start/stop and full safety monitoring.
All units include an auxiliary brake (mandatory above 6 m rise), skirt safety switches, step-level and missing-step detectors, and a reversal-protection device. Handrail and comb-plate LED lighting, and an infra-red passenger detector for energy-saving auto start/stop, are available options.
Where it is deployed.
Why engineers choose this platform.
Heavy-duty rated
Public-transport annex compliance for 24/7 operation.
Energy saving
Auto start/stop with IR passenger detector saves up to 40% energy.
Aux brake standard
Auxiliary + operational brake per EN 115-1 §5.4.
LED lighting
Under-step, comb-plate and handrail-inlet LED illumination.
