The Liftech Industrial IoT Smart Gateway connects to Monarch and other open controllers to stream trip counts, motor current, brake operations, door cycles and fault codes to a cloud dashboard. Building managers see live status; engineers see the trend that predicts the next failure.

Vibration and noise are sampled against ISO 18738-1 so ride quality can be tracked over time, and predictive alerts are raised on brake, drive and door-operator degradation before passengers notice a change.
