Preventive Maintenance (AMC)
Monthly 42-point preventive visits, genuine parts and quarterly ride-quality reporting.
Overview
Liftech AMC contracts are built around a fixed 42-point monthly checklist covering the traction machine, ropes, guide rails, doors, controller, drive, ARD, buffers and pit condition. Every visit is signed on site, filed at the building and uploaded to the Liftech portal so building management has an auditable maintenance history.
Contracts include genuine OEM parts for the covered scope, ARD battery testing, brake-torque validation, safety-gear inspection and quarterly ride-quality reporting against ISO 18738-1 vibration and noise limits.
